What gets deleted

• Your login — you will no longer be able to sign in
• Your profile details: name, email, phone, and service address
• Your messages and support tickets
• Photos you uploaded for lighting previews

What we keep

Invoices, contracts, and service records are kept as required for tax and business purposes — with your personal details removed, they are no longer connected to you.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.
